Fire alarm malfunction at IHOP kitchen on Parkway Blvd

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were sent to a restaurant on Parkway Boulevard for a reported fire alarm. The caller on scene said there did not appear to be a fire, but the kitchen alarm would not shut off and the fire department was requested to respond.
