Sparking electrical issue at Kroger, no active fire

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a grocery store near Epps Bridge Parkway for a reported electrical fire. Responders found no active fire but a possible sparking electrical problem with no immediate access to the breakers.
