Alarm from soft water unit at Olmeda Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to an alarm heard near Olmeda Avenue. The reporting party mentioned a possible hazard from a canister with an unknown substance. It was later determined to be a soft water unit outside the building, which was unplugged and the apparent hazard cleared.
