One dog dead, another in distress at Ashland home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a possible 911 open-line call that traced to a home near US Route 42 in Ashland. Responders reported one dog deceased in the front yard and another dog on scene that could not be controlled and appeared to be having a medical emergency, possibly a stroke.
