Welfare check at residence on Ash Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to an assist-a-citizen call at a home near Ash Street in Ashland, Missouri. Crews checked the outside of the residence, but locked doors prevented entry while they attempted to verify the residents’ condition.
