Patient with breakthrough seizures transferred between hospitals

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS is requested to transfer a patient with possible breakthrough seizures from a hospital emergency room in Arkadelphia to an emergency room in Little Rock, with cardiac monitoring, suction, and an Ativan infusion during transport.
