False fire alarm on Skyline Drive South

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a fire alarm call at a residence on Skyline Drive, but the resident later reported there was no fire. Separately, an open 911 line from a market on West College Street led to a request for an officer about an unwanted man loitering in the parking lot.
