Steam from water heater triggers plant fire call

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to an apparent structure fire at an industrial facility near North Peters Street in Arabi. The initial two-alarm response was later reduced after crews determined that the smoke originated from a hot water heater producing heavy steam.
