Report of suspicious driving on Highway 1

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies respond to a report of a white SUV driven by a woman behaving oddly on southbound Highway 1 near Rio Del Mar Boulevard. The vehicle was previously seen behind a CHP unit during another stop. Deputies follow the SUV southbound toward Freedom and Buena Vista Drive.
