Speeding black truck flees toward Rio Del Mar

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers attempted to stop a black truck that reportedly sped away at a high rate of speed near Valencia Road and Freedom Boulevard, heading toward the freeway. Witnesses later reported a speeding black truck exiting toward the Rio Del Mar area. Units checked nearby roads and the high school while trying to relocate the vehicle.
