Suspicious group reported near Bell Ave and Bennett St

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to the area of Bell Ave and Bennett St for a suspicious-persons report involving three males (one wearing a white T‑shirt) who were seen near equipment and then walking north on Bennett St; they were possibly intoxicated.
