Welfare check after reports of woman screaming

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to check on a residence near South Fidelis Street in Appleton after at least two callers reported hearing a woman screaming for help. Units searched the area, including near Jefferson Park, but initially did not find anything and had limited additional information.
