If there were more un marked cars and plain clothes police, more criminals would be jailed. Surveillance on the aggressive drivers etc would help lower crime. More experienced and mature police and investigators is lacking in local, state and federal agencies. Young inexperienced and immature court officials are the reason for high crimes and un reported crimes to make it look like communities are safe. It is what it is.
