Hypertensive woman with left arm pain transported to hospital

This is HCA Alpha 8216 requesting non-emergency traffic.University, go.Maybe U of M.This is HCA Alpha Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Sixteen coming in.Non-emergent was a Seven Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy-Four year old female.Chief complaint today is hypertension.Patient states that she has been experiencing hypertension since Tuesday of this week and has been taking her Lysartan as directed.Although it has not gotten better, she states that she is also experiencing left arm pain as well.The pain radiates.It does seem like it is on unmoving.Patient is currently ando times four, VCS 15 .Her twelve lead is non-remarkable.Sinus rhythm at a rate of ninety-eight.She is ninety-nine percent on room air, and her last blood pressure is 207 T 217 over 110 .Her blood sugar was ninety-four.I have a twenty-eight IV in the left AC with no other interventions at this time.Do you request anything further?Nothing further at this time.We will see it playing around.Thank you, 8216 Chris.
