Report of intoxicated driver on 161st Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible impaired driver in a red car traveling west on 161st Avenue near Hanson Boulevard in Andover, reportedly driving slowly, braking unpredictably, and at times entering the wrong lane before correcting.
