Traffic stop reveals expired driver license

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer conducted a traffic stop near Main Street in Andes involving a New York vehicle. A records check on the driver showed a possible expired license with a corrective-lenses restriction. During the same radio traffic, fire and EMS were dispatched for a medical call involving an elderly woman reported sick between Sanborn Road and Sheridan Road.
