Man walking in field carrying multiple knives

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to an area near County Road 156 in Anderson after a caller reported a man walking in a field with a red light. Radio traffic indicated the man, described as a white male with a buzz cut and no shoes, apparently had a knife in his pocket and asked the caller for a trash bag to place his knives in.
