Person reported drowning near Toledo Bend Dam spillway

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to the Toledo Bend Dam near the spillway after reports that a person had been in the water for several minutes and may have gone under. Rescue units, including dive teams, were routed to the site.
