Suspect seen fleeing cable building into alley

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a possible suspect running out of a cable building near Mason Street and into an alley between 10th and Mason, heading south. The person was later reported to be hiding in a stairwell in a nearby parking lot, and officers checked the area.
