Two youths on bicycles reported as suspicious

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of possible suspicious activity near the (number withheld) block of Plano Road. A caller reported seeing two younger males on bicycles in the area around midnight and again later, both wearing hooded sweatshirts.
