Car stuck after water rescue in Alum Bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders reported a vehicle in the water near Alum Bridge, with the car removed but access blocked by high water near a creek and a nearby slip/driveway. Crews discussed setting up a rope system for a tethered swim and reported Route 33 West shut down as transportation crews arrived on scene.
