Landlord and tenant accused of assault in Altona

As discussed during the dispatch call, police were dispatched to an apartment on Diamond Way in Altona for a reported assault during an argument about a barking dog. A resident reported that his landlord and another tenant allegedly grabbed him and kicked in his door before leaving the area.
