Verbal dispute between tenants on Western Turnpike

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a possible verbal dispute between three tenants at an apartment building near Western Turnpike in Altamont. The caller was not on scene and appeared to be listening by phone, and the people involved were later reported to be outside the building.
