Tree branch brings down power line on South Kostner

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to downed wires reported near the 14300 block of South Kostner Avenue. Additional units were later sent to South Ashland Avenue for a reported injury at an apartment unit. A tree branch apparently brought down a line in a nearby parkway area, and command support was requested.
