Report of man by highway changing car tire

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to mile marker 14 on Highway 135 near Almont for a report of a man by the roadside possibly hitting golf balls toward the river. Another caller later reported that the man appeared to just be changing a tire by his parked hatchback sedan.
