Ahara from county, route 28 southbound near exit 10 RIDC drive. Ucan 123 called RDest directly reported. They saw a mail bail from a vehicle that was on fire. It says the mail is possibly on fire. Again, this is RIDC Drive[1] exit 10. I did let PSP know and we do have fire in EMSN route.
