Diabetic man unresponsive in Alexandria

As discussed during the dispatch call, an ambulance and local first responders were dispatched to a residence near 261st St for an adult with diabetes who was reported as unresponsive but breathing with eyes open. The caller reported the person’s blood sugar appeared to be okay.
