Elderly woman with cognitive decline transported to hospital

As discussed during the dispatch call, an 82-year-old female patient showing increased cognitive decline is being transported to Alomere Health from Grand Arbor Memory Care Unit. She recently completed treatment for a urinary tract infection and is currently resting comfortably with stable vital signs.
