Loose aggressive dogs attacking other animals

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of aggressive dogs running loose near a church on West Berry Street in Alexandria. The animals reportedly attacked and killed other animals but had not attacked any people. They were last reportedly seen near Southwest Street.
