Fully involved dumpster fire on North Hill Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews in Clinton County responded to a reported dumpster fire in Albers. Callers reported that the dumpster was fully involved in flames at a location on North Hill Street. Multiple fire units went en route and one unit arrived on scene to handle the apparent dumpster fire.
