Intoxicated woman in parking lot at Casey’s in Albers

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a report of an apparently intoxicated woman sitting in the parking lot near the dumpster area of a convenience store in Albers. Employees report she has been there since about 4:00 p.m. and that a family member said they would pick her up but did not arrive.
