As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a report of a maroon Trailblazer driving recklessly, including speeding and tailgating, while traveling on US-31 and later westbound on Powers near the Emmet County Road Commission building. The reporting party continued to follow the vehicle despite being told not to.
