Missing windsurfer found safe near Crown Beach

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews searched for a possible missing windsurfer near Crown Beach and Shoreline in Alameda. Units coordinated with the Coast Guard and the reporting party. The windsurfer was later found safely near the shoreline, and the search response was canceled.
