Vehicle fluid spill in westbound lanes near store

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a vehicle incident in the westbound lanes near a business called Toker Friendly. The caller advised the vehicle battery was moved off the road into the grass, but there is still an apparent red fluid on the roadway.
