Juveniles throw water and cause disturbance at Biggby Coffee

As discussed during the dispatch call, police were requested at Biggby Coffee after several juvenile males reportedly caused a disturbance by throwing cups of water inside the store and throughout the parking lot. One was described wearing a bright pink sweatshirt and riding a scooter; the group was last seen toward the Aldi parking lot.
