Domestic dispute over damage to vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a possible domestic dispute at an apartment near South Main Street, where a caller reported that a woman’s boyfriend intentionally struck her vehicle by hand. The boyfriend was reported to be upstairs with the woman, and both were said to carry handguns.
