Men attempt to steal tools from parked vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report near Sycamore Road and Acampo Road of two male adults who allegedly tried to steal tools from a vehicle. The suspects were associated with a van with a broken rear window traveling east on Acampo Road. The reporting party planned to stay at the scene to speak with deputies.
