He is a security provider at Marriott. witnessed two seizures by multiple people. On my arrival, he was post-dictal and confused. He was very diaphoretic, confused, but breathing has no obvious injuries. At this point in time, vital, blood pressure is 168 over 98. Heart rate is 100 in regular. Restoratory of 22 is clear bilaterally, 98% on room air. I do have ID access established because D-stick came back at 76. I am monitoring sinus-oriented. Rather than 12 would validate that. He is becoming more alert and oriented as we motor along here. According to his family, I spoke to his mother, had a very similar situation happen approximately a month ago.
